Post number of pullups to comments.  Since the roads aren’t exactly clear today, we might turn this into a team WOD and use the rowers.

    We set up an indoor dizzy track this morning with 4 cones spaced 10m apart and did 10 trips around it each round. Worked out really well with just 4 of us there. You can count laps with your fingers as you go.

    Got 90 pull-ups in 6 rounds, a 30 rep PR! I think some of that was due to the minimal transition time with the indoor track.

    Strength day at work with my boys. After warming up, 3 working sets of 8-10 reps then 3 sets of 1-3 reps.
    Bench: 215×8, 260×1
    Deadlift: 355×8, 425×1
    Back squat: 245×8 for two sets then ran out of time.
