Daily Workout 7.5.2011

‘Cindy’

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

Post number of completed rounds and any scalings to comments.

    12+5+5 (ring rows and pushups on 12″ box)
    Last Cindy in April I did 10 rounds and change. Pushups are getting better.

    Cindy with scaling and a twist:

    4/8/12 with 200m runs after each round: 7 rounds w/ 6 runs

    Did kipping pullups but they still need work – I fatigue so easily with them & then lose the swing and rythm. The runs actually were a bit of a break and God knows I need the work on them too. Since they were only 200’s, not too bad.

  • Wow, I lost a lot more of my push-up than I expected. Being away from the box for several months was a bad idea.

    5+5+6 (had to move to the bench for push-up’s in the 2nd round)

    I cant wait to get back to where I was. Thanks Tom & Larry.
