Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
Field Training Officer Timothy Quinn Brenton, 39, of the Seattle Police Department, was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting while on duty on October 31, 2009.
He is survived by his wife Lisa, his son Quinn, and daughter Kayliegh.

The two things I loath bear crawls and broad jumps… ugh.
Still managed to take 2:49 off of my time from Nov. Have fun!!

Had to do 60 burpees but just sucked it up.
19 something. I accomplished my goal of beating dan, so mission accomplished.
Bench 1RM = 255 (10 pound PR)
Then I did a met-con, it wasn’t good.

I discovered a better way to do the broad jumps after the 6:00 class, so I wanted to see if my time would be better.
And it was….nice work!
Wow Kevin! 2 x?? I was wondering what 2nd round on the white-board meant. Interested in learning the “better way to do broad jumps”… considering I fell flat on my keyster yesterday
