Double Unders
Abmat Situps

Metcon 2:

Run 400 meters x 4
Rest 1 minute between each set.

Post times for both metcons to comments.

    That clip is a riot! I watched at work — and probably shouldn’t have because I was laughing so damn loud. I had a membership to Planet Fitness last year (only for their treadmills) and this is entirely TRUE! That alarm is real, and it sounds like a police siren. I initially thought it was the Allentown PD coming in to clean up half of what was working out in there…

    Kara, this was very funny but also annoying that an alarm will go off if someone breathes heavy while lifting weights. If that alarm was in CF it would NEVER stop ringing. The people that go to planet fitness are obviously not getting much of a workout.

    While this video certainly did a nice job of putting a humorous spin on discrimination (which I didn’t know was possible), I can’t help but think that girl is going to be looking for a new job soon. What a dope! The “meatheads” I know are some of the finest people I’ve ever met, so, yeah, you can keep your ‘lunk alarm’ and your laughable ‘judgement free zone’ and your bicep curls. Enjoy your high-carb low-fat diet and your low-intensity workouts/life. I’ll be at CFDV in my meathead animal cage, being awesome with the rest of the awesome people.
