This was the longest 20 mins of my life…..
RX – 6 rounds, Finished my 18th burpee as time expired.
Can’t be sure, but I think everyone collapsed after this one. Must’ve been a hell of a sight. Diem and Phil are right though – brutal.
Complete suckfest after yesterday’s 20 minute WOD! As Rob said, this was not a WOD built for a tall man. Herb, I was chasing your score but it wasn’t happening today…
On the minute, every minute, for 7 minutes:
Bench Press 200×3
Pendlay Row 155×3
Then, 3 rounds for time of:
5 Hang Power Snatches @ 135#
15 Push-ups
5:49
*These really turned into “snatch deadlift + hang power snatch” because I couldn’t hold onto the stupid bar for multiple reps. I need to start taping my thumbs up or sneaking chalk in or something.
Wow…yep, call it what you want…suckfest, brutal…it’s all true!!
