I still struggle with thrusters. I’m going to keep working on moving my grip out and see if that doesnt help.
Snatch Balance: worked up to a new 1RM (128)
Snatch: 5×1 Above-the-knee pause snatch +snatch at 85#, then worked up to a single at 110#.
Back Squat: 3×3 at 220.
