Chris must have been well rested to throw around weight like that. Maybe even slept in and missed the 530 class!? Sounds familiar!!
Did yesterday’s WOD: First two rounds RX weight with ring rows and then did 60# for the final rounds. Completed 12 rounds + 2. And a delightful broomile. Everyone looked like total badasses doing their totals.
Haha, by 12 rounds I mean that I got up to 12 reps per round…so 4 rounds!

I tested out my singlet today in preparation for the weightlifting meet next weekend.
Snatch – up to 170, missed 180 a handful of times.
C&J – worked up to a pretty nice 240.
Open WOD 11.4 – burpee/overhead squat/muscle up
Got 5 MU in. This is right where I was last year but I felt way stronger on OHS and just paced the burpees a little too much.
FYI – for all you iPhone using meatheads – the videopix app will allow you to watch the videos you take frame by frame. It’s awesome for breaking down oly technique in excruciating detail.
