OK…I had my reservations about this one but this was a super fun WOD! I like this movement a lot. Michelle and I took turns with 20 and 30# balls because we were out of 20s and both ended up doing about half our reps at each weight. the 30# ball was killer. Time was 8:49 I believe. Push press: 90×3.
I need to find my inner Herb on days like this. 30 lbs never felt do heavy. I really need to get in shape. Good work everyone! WOD completed in 10:14 not good at all. 220 lbs on the Push Press (20 lb drop from last push press session). Back at it again tomorrow!

Awesome workout even though I finished last. Oh well would have been alot longer if Angela didn’t split the 30 with me, thank you Angela! Also left a post on the fb page but thought I would leave it here too in case people don’t look there alot.
My friends and I are running a relay race called the 20in24 on Saturday at Kelly Drive. We lost one of our teammates to injury so looking for a fill in. The loop is 8.4 miles, race starts at 10am but we won’t finish until about 11pm so you can run anytime you want. Any takers?
