First, really sad to miss the Sexymakers this morning. But that PR deadlift yesterday did me in. For those that completed them or will be: Please be careful going out in public today.
Second, SIGN UP FOR THE GYMNASTICS CLINIC! How can you go for the gold without be able to do a muscle up, kip, hand stand walk, and other things that this guy will teach us? Also, the other kids will be sooooo jealous : )

I did an 8 minute AMRAP today and it was spicy:
200m sprint
8 deadlifts (155#)
6 burpees + lateral jump over bar
I got 3 rounds + a run.

My tricep is jacked from the competition on Saturday. I suppose doing 75 push presses @ 135# will do that.
Sooo, I wanted to deadlift today after seeing everyone’s PRs yesterday. Went into Globo hoping to hit 405×5. Lost my grip after 2 reps but I know I had more the legs. I HATE the fatter, slippery bars in that place. Time to start wearing wrist straps I guess.
Met-Con at home tonight I think. Lunges, KB Swings, and Sit-ups are on the menu since I can’t flex my left arm more than 90 degrees.
Bah. Not a good night for me and the ol’ Sexymakers! 15:32 Rx. Legit pushups took forrrrrevvverrr.
And 80 on the press, an 8lb PR.
Meanwhile, Mary Martin was slaying her ridiculous row/wallball metcon. Look out Hopper!!

13:39 RX nice race at the end Jen and Gordon! And even though we did the WOD first still managed a 125lb 1RM which is pretty close to a PR I think (maybe 135).
