Work up to heavy 3-rep Deadlift (15 minute cap)
Then do 3 reps @ 80%, every minute for 8 minutes.
Death by Wall Walk
With a continuously running clock, do 1 Wall Walk the first minute, 2 Wall Walks the second minute, 3 Wall Walks the third minute…continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. If you fail before ten minutes, reset to one wall walk and start over (i.e. work for at least ten minutes).
RX and INT are the same.
