We had a few in our town and some other gyms in the area have been hit as well. I was going to wait until after my lunchWOD to post, but since work has been absolutely insane today…there will be no lunchWOD.
I skipped the benching this morning at the 5:30 class and just did “Grace”.
3:33 Rx. I think this is like a 4 second PR. Ho Hum. I won’t be satisfied until I break 3 minutes, which may have been possible, had I not used the worst pair of collars available.
We did Grace up here in Boston this week as well. I watched a 20 year old kid do it in 2:07. Just sick..

245 bench press for 6 x 6, Grace @ Rx in 2:46… I definitely need to be more efficient…need to open hips more at the top… I felt a little gun shy after my little accident, although it feels good to have bled for crossfit

And my second-ever Grace: 6:58 Rx. Happy to be under 7 mins (barely)! Would like to try on a day when I’m not sore from squats and Hulk Smashing…my legs were definitely gone by rep 15.
