    When I grow up I want to be strong like Todd. This reminds me of when he snatched 165 a bunch of times during the Open even though he never really snatched before. Beast.

    Todd and Jabari were ridiculous to watch during the C&J ladder. Those two are both capable of 300# C&J’s with just a few weeks of focused lifting/technique work.

    Met-Con sort of Rx (I had to swing 2×35# bells instead of 1×70#) – 5:29

    Things were just not good today. My pressing strength has been poop ever since the tricep strain after the competition in Lancaster. That, combined with some serious weekend dehydration, resulted in a sub par performance. I need to get my R&R straightened out before the Hopper this weekend.

    65 for the press. Started with 70 and got through two rounds but has to push press rep 6, so dropped, following Coach Dan’s excellent advice.

    5:15 for metcon. Sore as heyell from Saturday’s crazy metcon! And I dropped the 125# barbell on my left quad during the C&J ladder, resulting in a totally bitchin bruise. If you want to see it, meet me behind Larry’s creepy curtain.
