    I have wanted to live out this moment so many times!!!
    If the crowded classes run out of dumbbells you can always use the white taped kettlebells (26lbs) or the light ones in the corner! Be ready for some quad destruction on this one!

    Strength: I have no idea. Completely forgot to count. So we’re going to call it a skillwork day, as I was just working on kipping pullups anyway.

    Great time at 5:30. It felt damn good to be back to the 5:30 class…its like home.

    This was one of those workouts that on paper looked simple….but then the lunges came and oh lordy are the legs on fire. Nice work to everyone at 5:30!!!!

    Strength: 36 @ 10#
    Metcon: 11:36 no weight.

    BBC…extra long sesh. Started with a fun snatch press to OHS complex, then bench press, then pullup negatives and push ups and finally this little gem: 400 m run/20 burpees – 3 rounds. I scaled the burpees to 10 because my arms were smoked. Finished in 9:39. And boy am I ever finished.
