    8:07 Rx. Literally went balls to the wall for the first 27, I think then sets of at least 15 then sets of 7/8.

    Kind of scared to see what I feel like the rest of today. And tomorrow…

    Snatch – Got up to 170# (pr.) Missed on my first attempt at this weight. Failed on 175# twice.
