    Kevin’s chipper in open gym. I’ll call it the Monster Dash ( in Halloween spirit)
    175# Deadlift 10 reps
    10 burpees onto plates (stack will keep getting taller)
    Strip outside plates, 1 plate overhead 10 m walking lunges, sprint back and repeat w other plate.
    125# Power Clean 10 reps
    Same as above
    75# snatches 10 reps (Rx is 95# for ladies)
    Same as above

    10m OH Walking Lunges (45)/10m Sprint/10m OH Walking Lunges (45)
    10 Burpees to Plates (45×2)
    10m Sprint
    10 Power Cleans (185)
    10m OH Walking Lunges (25)/10m Sprint/10m OH Walking Lunges (25)
    10 Burpees to Plates (45×2+25×2)
    10m Sprint
    10 Power Snatch (135)
    10m OH Walking Lunges (45)/10m Sprint/10m OH Walking Lunges (45)
    10 Burpees to Plates (45×4+25×2)

    Started with 45/25/45 on each side of the bar. After the barbell movement, stripped the outside plate and used for OH walking lunges. Stacked plates on top of each other for the burpees to plates.

    Metcon: 52 reps @ 65lbs, but dropped couple of the planks so not Rx. Oh well.

    Brian, no! Technically, I should have left out the 10m sprint after the burpees in the WOD description, because I went to the barbell, not the 10m mark, but then to the 10m mark after the barbell reps…oh well.

    I wouldn’t call it “hate” Dan. It’s more like tough love, the motivating kind, the kind you get from your high school football coach or something. I wouldn’t give him this much crap if I didn’t think he was a Legit athlete.

    That being said, I’m with Brian, that’s a DNF. You also need to complete it in a deerskin robe to be real paleo.
