Roughly 200m Walking Lunges in 5:00. I’m not really sure how far it was, it was damn close to 200m at 5:00 so I stopped. The indoor track is 1/12th of a mile so it makes anything that’s not a multiple of that quite difficult.
Finished off with some DB Romanian Deadlifts and Twisting Butterfly Sit-ups.
PS – Belza, have you heard the story of the boy who cries “wolf!”? You can’t keep harping about Paleo when you post pictures of Wendy’s and McDonald’s on Facebook.
