Wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to get all the muscle-ups because I failed 3 times on the first round. They got better and only failed once the rest of the way. Only failed on my first squat snatch.
This was the first time I was able to complete this WOD.
Really hoping to make this one up at open gym on Sunday.

5 Hang Power Clean

13:26 (in August I did it in 12:38 but used #15 DBs)
Followed by: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 (Burpee & #14 weighted sit-ups)
