    For once google has failed me! Can someone tell me what a broommile is? Do I ride a broom for a mile? That could be do-able

    It is a lap around Sussex avenue in the industrial park. Approximately one mile in Broomall, thus a Broomile.

    A little faster than last time. Hand ripped with 4 MUs to go (around 15 min) and had to stop and tape it. Last 4 took a while cuz of the rip :/

    Agreed. I feel a brewmile would go hand in hand with KSPU’s(Keg stand push-ups).
