Back Squat: 5,5,5+ (add weight based on last week’s max rep set)


Find max unbroken reps of Wallballs in 1 minute.


Wallballs (Unbroken reps at 70% of 1-minute test)

Score is total Wallballs completed, including max set.

Cash Out

3×5 Weighted Bar Dips or 3x Max Reps Pushups

Dips: Use 40%-50% 1RM or 10%-20% of your body weight.
Pushups: On floor, or tough height on a barbell.
