CrossFit Delaware Valley is located in the Lawrence Park Industrial Center in Broomall, PA. We are in close proximity of several major roads, including I476 and State Routes 3 and 320. Our building is next to Wright’s Auto Parts and shares the same parking area as Krando Metal Products.
When parking at our gym, please park to the right of the building or in the auxiliary lot next to Parkway Dr. The spots in front of Wright’s are reserved and not for our use.

GPS users take note! Broomall has a few different streets with ‘Parkway’ in the name. Try inputting ‘Park Way’ [with a space] into your GPS unit to find us. If that doesn’t work, look up the ‘Marple Sports Arena’ – we’re the building right before theirs on Parkway.
