What is the Broomall Barbell Club?
The Broomall Barbell Club (BBC) is a strength-based program meant to complement the General Physical Preparedness (GPP) sessions offered in the CrossFit environment. The BBC is led by Marshall Roy.
What’s special about the BBC?
– The BBC focuses training around a classic, proven strength tool: the barbell.
– Each class is tailored around a daily strength workout that is executed as a group. Many of the CrossFit staples, such as squats, deadlifts and presses will be found in this environment, in addition to the Olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk).
– The BBC is intended to supplement your regular CrossFit training by allowing participants to do additional training focused specifically on strength.
The Broomall Barbell Club is open to existing CFDV athletes only and is included with all Unlimited memberships.
