CrossFit Delaware Valley offers training programs to athletes of all fitness levels, regardless of experience. We use CrossFit methodology and find that this system is best suited to those that are seeking broad fitness that is useful for many different sports and activities. Whether you enjoy running, gardening or just playing with your kids, CrossFit will improve your fitness in ways you’ve never experienced!

STEP ONE:
Send us an email to schedule a trial workout. We typically try to run intro sessions during regular class hours so that prospective athletes can get an idea of what actually goes on in our gym.
The trial workout will be done with a CFDV Coach in a small group or one-on-one setting. We’ll warm up, go over some basic movements and then perform a short, scalable workout. Afterwards, we’ll answer any questions that you have about CrossFit or our gym.
If you’d rather just stop by (and not workout), come on in and observe a class. Our calendar is always up-to-date and we run classes seven days a week.

STEP TWO:
Next, you must complete one of three on-ramp options:
CrossFit ‘Elements’ – Small Group Training
- $175 paid electronically as a one-time, no commitment payment.
- Elements classes are held several times per week. An Elements membership includes four to six small-group intro sessions, the remainder of the month of Unlimited sessions and a one-hour Nutrition seminar. This is by far the best value we have to offer our beginning members.
- Participants learn essential functional movements from our trainers via lectures and practical application.
- Additional lectures on CrossFit methodology and theory.
- Short introductory workout designed for beginners but scalable to any fitness level.
- The current Elements class schedule can be found on our calendar (look for the classes in green) . Prospective members may join at any time during the month. Elements members must complete at least three Elements intros (Squats, Presses and Pulls) before graduating to the ‘regular’ classes. Most athletes complete the curriculum in four to six sessions.
CrossFit ‘Elements’ – Personal Training
- $275 paid electronically as a one-time, no commitment payment.
- Same curriculum as Small Group Training but the first three sessions are administered one-on-one via a CrossFit coach. It is possible to transition from one-on-one to group Elements classes via this option (recommended).
- Scheduled on demand between Athlete and Coach
- Includes our monthly Nutrition lecture, and the remainder of the first month of regular class sessions.
Elements ‘Test Out’
- $65 paid electronically as a one-time, no commitment payment.
- For experienced CrossFitters only.
- Scheduled on demand between Athlete and Coach
- One session to start. If you can safely perform all of the movements on our Elements checklist, then you can jump right into group classes. NOTE: We’re just looking for solid mechanics, NOT intensity. Details here.

STEP THREE:
Once you complete one of our on-ramp programs, you’re free to join group classes:
Monthly Memberships
Our Unlimited membership includes the following:
- Unlimited one-hour small group sessions per week.
- Professional instruction from a certified CrossFit coach.
- Short and intense workouts resulting in rapid gains in strength, endurance and overall health.
- Membership dues are payable monthly via our online payment gateway.
Unlimited Memberships (as many classes as you want each month):
No commitment, month-to-month – $155 per month
Three-month commitment – average of $140 per month, billed in two payments of $210
Three Sessions per Week:
No commitment, month-to-month – $140 per month
Three-month commitment – average of $125 per month, billed in two payments of $187.50

Per Session Memberships
For those with an irregular schedule, per session memberships may be the way to go. Prices are:
Ten-Session Pack (expires after three months) – $175 one time payment
Twenty-Session Pack (expires after five months) – $320 one time payment

For Traveling CrossFitters
If you’re a traveling CrossFitter, you’re welcome to train at our gym. Please send us an email with your home gym coach’s email address and let us know when you’ll be coming through.
One Drop-In Session – $20 one time payment
Three-Session Pack (expires after three months) – $50 one time payment
Unlimited Classes for one week – $50 one time payment

Personal Training
If you’d like to work on specific goals or if group classes aren’t right for you, consider personal training with one of our instructors. We have a wide variety of expertise in our gym and would love to work with you in a one-on-one setting! Prices are:
One Session – $65 one time payment
Three Sessions – $180 one time payment
Ten Sessions – $500 one time payment

All membership fees are withdrawn via EFT, Debit Card or Credit Card on a monthly basis. We try our best to avoid exchanging any money in the gym!
