Body Fat Analysis
We offer body fat measurements and analysis using skin-fold calipers. Measurements will be taken at 12 different sites on the body. This data is then entered into a software program that will determine your body fat percentage, lean body mass, and provide a hormonal profile based on where your body fat is stored.

30-Minute Nutrition Consultation (1 session): $35
Nutrition Consultation + Body Fat Analysis (1 session): $60
